Terms & Conditions

Last updated: January 2026. These terms govern your use of the Larkhaven Hotel website, room directory, and reservation-booking service.

1. Reservations & Availability

All room reservations are subject to real-time availability at the moment of booking. A reservation is confirmed instantly upon successful payment and is held for the dates selected at checkout.

2. Rates & Payment

Rates shown are per night and reflect the current rate for the selected dates. Taxes and applicable resort fees are calculated and disclosed at checkout, before payment is collected.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before check-in.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in are subject to a one-night charge.
• Refunds, when approved, are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in begins at 3:00pm and check-out is by 11:00am. Early check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to room availability.

5. Guest Conduct

Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property during their stay. A valid credit card is required at check-in to cover incidentals.

6. Privacy

Information collected during booking or inquiry (name, phone, email, payment details) is used solely to fulfill your reservation and is never sold to third parties.
