Larkhaven began with a simple frustration: booking a room usually meant calling ahead to "confirm" availability that turned out not to exist. We wanted a hotel where the room you saw online was the room waiting for you at check-in — no overbooking, no surprises, no call to reception required. Eleven years and several hundred thousand stays later, that's still the only way we work.
