Tagliatelle al Ragù
Twelve-hour beef and pork ragù, fresh hand-rolled pasta.
Trattoria & Enoteca · Est. 2024
Handmade pasta, a wood-fired oven, and a kitchen that still

The Philosophy
Every pasta shape at Bottega Rosso is rolled by hand that morning, and the ragù that goes over it has usually been on the stove since before we opened the doors. It's a slower, harder way to run a kitchen — and it's the only way we know that tastes like someone's nonna made it.
