A brief is confirmed once a deposit is received through our secure checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with your lead artist's contact details and kickoff date.
The price shown at brief submission is a fixed quote for the described scope. If your artist identifies additional work once the brief is reviewed, a revised quote is provided before any extra work begins.
Rush prototypes are available for briefs placed before 1pm. Kickoff dates are shown at checkout and confirmed by email the morning of your call.
The remaining balance for each milestone is charged automatically once you approve the delivered work in the app. A deposit is collected at brief submission to begin production.
Briefs can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the kickoff call. Cancellations after that window may incur a deposit fee.
All milestone deliverables include two rounds of revisions. If a milestone still doesn't match the approved brief, we revise again at no additional charge.
All concept art, code, and assets transfer to the client upon final milestone payment. PixelForge retains the right to display work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
