Last updated: January 2026. These terms govern your use of the Wellspring Health website, doctor directory, and appointment-booking service.

1. Appointments & Availability

All appointment slots are subject to availability and the doctor's confirmed schedule. A booking is not final until confirmed in writing by the doctor's office, typically within one business day of your request.

2. Consultation Fees

Consultation fees paid online reflect the standard rate for a first visit with the selected doctor. Follow-up pricing, procedure costs, and insurance coordination are confirmed separately and are not included in the online booking fee.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Appointments may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
• Consultation fees are refundable in full if cancelled within this window.
• Refunds, when approved, are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Doctor Credentials

Every doctor listed on Wellspring Health has been credential-verified prior to being listed. Licensing status is confirmed with the relevant medical board and reviewed periodically.

5. Medical Disclaimer

Wellspring Health is a booking and payment platform, not a provider of emergency care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately rather than booking an appointment online.

6. Privacy

Information collected during booking or inquiry (name, phone, email, appointment notes) is used solely to fulfill your request and is never sold to third parties.
