A booking is confirmed once payment is received in full through our secure checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with your reservation details and check-in instructions.
Most properties require a refundable security deposit, charged separately at checkout. Deposits are released within 5 business days of check-out, pending a standard property inspection.
Cancellations made 14 or more days before check-in receive a full refund minus the booking fee. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable, except where required by local law.
Standard check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged in advance, subject to availability and an additional fee.
No smoking inside any property. Registered guests only unless otherwise agreed. Quiet hours apply from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in all residential neighborhoods. Pets are welcome at select properties only — please confirm before booking.
Every property listed on Tidewell has been personally inspected by our team prior to publishing. If a property does not match its listing on arrival, contact guest support immediately for resolution.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear. Tidewell is not liable for personal belongings left at a property.
