1. Bookings & Availability

All visit slots are subject to availability and the dentist's confirmed schedule. A booking is not final until confirmed in writing, typically within one business day of your request.

2. Treatment Pricing & Payment Plans

Prices shown reflect the standard rate for a single visit. Multi-visit treatments (orthodontics, crowns, root canals) are quoted as a full plan with a clear cost breakdown, payable in stages, before treatment begins.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Visits may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
• Deposits are refundable in full if cancelled within this window.
• Refunds, when approved, are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Dentist Credentials

Every dentist at Pearl & Wren is licensed and credential-verified. Licensing status is confirmed with the relevant dental board and reviewed periodically.

5. Medical Disclaimer

Pearl & Wren is a booking and payment platform for scheduled dental care, not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a dental emergency, contact your local emergency line or urgent care immediately.

6. Privacy

Information collected during booking or inquiry (name, phone, email, visit notes) is used solely to fulfill your request and is never sold to third parties.
