A booking is confirmed once a deposit is received through our secure checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with your technician's arrival window.
The price shown at booking is a fixed quote for the described job. If the technician identifies additional work on-site, a revised quote is provided before any extra work begins.
Same-day dispatch is available for bookings placed before 1pm. Arrival windows are shown at checkout and confirmed by SMS the morning of the appointment.
The remaining balance is charged automatically once the technician marks the job complete in the app. A deposit may be collected at booking for parts or emergency callouts.
Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 2 hours before the arrival window. Cancellations after that window may incur a dispatch fee.
All labor is guaranteed for 30 days. If the same issue recurs within that period, we return at no additional charge.
All FixPoint technicians are licensed for their trade and covered under our service liability insurance.
