An engagement is confirmed once a retainer is received through our secure checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with your CPA's contact details and kickoff date.
The price shown at engagement is a fixed quote for the described scope. If your CPA identifies additional work once your books are reviewed, a revised quote is provided before any extra work begins.
Rush engagements are available for requests placed before 1pm. Kickoff dates are shown at checkout and confirmed by email the morning of your call.
Ongoing services (bookkeeping, payroll) are billed monthly and charged automatically on your engagement anniversary date. A retainer is collected at engagement start for project-based work.
Engagements can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the kickoff call. Cancellations after that window may incur a retainer fee.
All filings are guaranteed accurate to the information provided. If a filing error on our part results in a penalty, we cover the penalty in full.
All Meridian accountants are licensed CPAs and covered under our professional liability insurance.
